As the founder of Rice & Associates, Inc., Evelyn Rice's expertise in the fields of Managing Change, Consultative Skills/Selling, Leadership Development and Precision Communications, brings a powerful ability to partner with others to increase the productivity and effectiveness of corporations.

Evelyn has consulted with executives, managers, team leaders and team members nationally and internationally from organizations such as IBM, TRW, Sprint, Hoechst Celanese, The Bank Administration Institute, BlueCross BlueShield and numerous banks and financial institutions.

Rice earned her B.S. degrees in Marketing and Management from Concord College. She has worked in the business and industry sector for the past 24 years. Rice's consulting expertise earned her a live two-hour show on West Virginia television.

As a result of her broad based knowledge in management-employee relations, leadership and business development, Rice was honored as Business Woman of the Year for the State of West Virginia.
