As the founder of Rice & Associates, Inc., Evelyn Rice's expertise in the fields of Managing Change, Consultative Skills/Selling, Leadership Development and Precision Communications, brings a powerful ability to partner with others to increase the productivity and effectiveness of corporations.

Evelyn has consulted with executives, managers, team leaders and team members nationally and internationally from organizations such as Ciba/BASF, IBM, Northrop Grumman/TRW, Sprint, Hoechst Celanese, The Bank Administration Institute, Maersk Line Limited, BlueCross BlueShield, Unilever, Pepsi Bottling Ventures, and numerous banks and financial institutions

Rice earned her B.S. degrees in Marketing and Management from Concord College. She has worked in the business and industry sector for the past 32 years.

As a result of her broad based knowledge in management-employee relations, leadership and business development, Rice was honored as Business Women of the Year for the State of West Virginia in the early 90's.

She currently resides in Greensboro, NC, and is the author of two books that focus on creating and maintaining successful relationships.
