Foster W. Mobley is an internationally-known consultant specializing in the development and effective implementation of strategic direction and change within organizations. Foster approaches comprehensive organizational change efforts through the vehicles of total quality management, work re-design/re-engineering, and executive and management development. Foster has worked in eight countries with regional and multinational firms in the Fortune 100 such as St. Joseph Health System, KPMG Peat Marwick, Citibank, First Interstate Bank of California, and United Technologies Corporation. He served as Adjunct Professor of Management at Pepperdine University's School of Business and Management between 1983 and 1988. He holds a BA from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) and an MBA from Pepperdine University.

Kay Johnson brings 20 years of experience in management effectiveness and organizational development. Her experience includes teams and team development in quality initiatives, negotiating conflict, creativity and change. She is one of 70 women in the world who holds the designation of Certified Speaking Professional. Kay has worked in three countries with international firms and has taught in major MBA programs. She holds a Masters Degree with a focus in Marketing Communications. Kay is certified in negotiations from Harvard University through The Negotiation Project and completed an internship in Quality Initiatives with Dr. Edward Deming. Additionally, Kay is a member of the World Future Society and tracks trends for clients nationally and internationally.
Her clients include Coopers & Lybrand, Pepsico, Yale University Medical School and American Express. She is an author of two books, How to Put Ten Hours in an Eight Hour Day, which is a best seller, and Great Bosses.

Christopher Musselwhite has been involved in organizational and human resource development since 1972 and is currently a senior adjunct program associate at the Center for Creative Leadership. Chris is nationally known for his design of training simulations and assessment tools including World Products International, the Land of WASA, Our Town, and Paper Planes, Inc. which are used by the Center and distributed nationally by Discovery Learning. In addition, Chris has developed and delivered programs in leadership development, managing change, total quality management, and the development of technical teams and technical managers. He has worked throughout North America as well as Europe, South America and Asia. In addition to earning a master's degree in industrial engineering, Chris has an ED.D in Adult Learning with an emphasis in organizational training and development from North Carolina State University. He has held a variety of positions including associate professor of engineering and industrial manager, and has published numerous articles and book chapters on leadership development, self-managed teams, and time-based innovation.

Patricia A. Wise brings over 15 years of experience as a practicing attorney to Rice & Associates and provides training and consulting in the area of employment law. Patricia reviews current business practices to ensure that organizations are in compliance with the newest laws, regulations and court decisions in areas such as hiring/firing, compensation, performance evaluations, ADA, AIDS and cultural diversity. In addition, Patricia provides upbeat training programs in these areas, educating employees as well as managers in how to avoid litigation while making sound business decisions.
Patricia practiced with Toledo's largest law firm for over six years. She then became in-house counsel as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development for a multi-billion dollar bank holding company. In addition to her law degree, Patricia also holds a graduate degree in banking from the Stonier Graduate School of Banking.

Matthew W. Stanley, M.B.A. has over 15 years experience in the marketing, advertising and public relations industries. Matt provides services in the area of market and media research, customer perception research, and quantitative employee surveys and climate studies. Matt holds a B.S. in Communication from Marshall University and an MBA from the University of West Virginia College of Graduate Studies. He is President of Stanley & Associates and adjunct professor in marketing and advertising at Concord College and West Virginia Graduate College.

Sherri Roberts brings fifteen years of publishing and business communication experience to Rice & Associates. She is a frequent contributor to USA Today and the New York Times Magazine. As the founder of The Roberts Group, a public relations firm, her expertise lies in helping client companies deliver their message to customers, employees, stockholders, the media and the community. Ms. Roberts' powerful workshop series, Writing Your Way to Power in the Workplace, helps business people write comfortably, effectively and persuasively, and covers such topics as writing for greater influence, combatting writer's block, dealing with procrastination and deadlines, and participating effectively in group writing project.

Sandra McKnight, owner of Voice Power Studios and featured in the Wall Street Journal as an executive personal voice trainer, is an internationally renowned expert in voice coaching, executive speaking skills and presentation skills. Sandra combines 25 years of cross-cultural experience in training and coaching business professionals. With 35 years of stage, film and television experience, Sandra teaches business leaders and sales professionals to speak with power, confidence, authority, persuasiveness and credibility as they lead, motivate and influence their audiences. Her customized private voice coaching program, "Your Voice Is Power in Business" is conducted over the telephone anywhere in the world.
